We are looking to hire someone who can do data scraping from instagram. Our goal is to scrape similar accounts (same niche) to the accounts we already follow. We want to scrape their username, website link, email account, and phone number. However, we only want accounts that are still active/posting within the last year and is within a certain location in the USA.
In your proposal, please include what tools you use, your relevant experience, and how many hours will it require to collect per 1,000?
